Amanda Conwell - Executive Director
​
Amanda has been involved in the color guard activity since 2004 and has taught at multiple high school programs since 2008. Most recently, she was the director at Frankton High School in Frankton, Indiana, from 2013 to 2017. Amanda has a BS in Sociology with a Psychology minor and concentration in children and families. She is very happily married and a mother of two future guard girls.

Kaylee Kemp - Technician
​
Kaylee started color guard in 2007 and has helped Amanda with a few guard programs. She went to college for culinary arts and hopes to one day own her own bakery. Kaylee has two dogs and a job she loves. In her free time, she likes to listen to music and read a good book.
Ashley Shields - Community Liason
​
Ashley auditioned for her first guard in 1999 at the age of 9 and has been involved in this activity ever since. She has taught at multiple schools since 2010. She is also an EMT, firefighter, CNA, and foster parent.
